Collection: Rosé

Rosé wine is a versatile and refreshing beverage made from red grapes.

Depending on the grape variety and the winemaking process, the colour of rosé can range from pale pink to deep salmon. Traditionally, rosé is made by crushing red grapes and allowing the juice to contact the skins for a short period, typically a few hours. This limited skin contact extracts colour and tannins, resulting in a lighter body and lower tannins than red wine.

Natural rosé wines take this concept a step further, prioritising minimal intervention in the winemaking process. These wines are often made with organic or biodynamic grapes and are fermented with native yeasts.

The result is a wine free from added sulfites and other artificial additives. This makes natural rosé a healthier choice.
