Satisfaction Guarantee
Like every other business, we want you, the customer, to be satisfied. We're confident that our wines taste great and will benefit you. But if you're not happy, we're not happy either.
So please never hesitate to get in touch via our online form. No hard feelings!
Returns
If you don't like a bottle of wine or it's corked or damaged, reply to your order email and contact us.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once returned, we'll credit your account with the price paid so you can use it towards another order. We'll also refund the return shipping costs! There are no restocking fee or hidden costs either.

N.B. If you have several bottles of the wine that you want refunded, please don't open them.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We will refund the price of the unopened bottles returned.
Best-price guarantee
We offer a simple best-price guarantee. If you find the same product advertised for a lower price by a competitor within 30 days, we'll match the price or credit you the difference.
This excludes sales and discounts.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
