Made by a rebellious Rioja producer who bypassed banks and found their way (the pig on the label is a playful jab at those unsupportive bankers!), It's a declassified wine crafted using biodynamic practices.
The blend is primarily Viura (Rioja's classic white grape) at 95%, with Riesling, Petit Manseng, and Macabeo adding complexity.
Unfiltered and unfined, this natural wine ferments with native yeasts and minimal added sulfur, creating a refreshingly fruity and crisp character.
