Monastrell, Alicante Bouschet, and Malvasia grapes are grown organically on their 20 hectares of land. Half the vineyards sit at a high altitude (over 600 meters) surrounding the town of Villena, while the other half bask in the Mediterranean sunshine near La Mata Natural Park.
