Le Cratère Sparkling Rosé, Domaine du Météore, Languedoc, France NV
Domaine du Météore, a family-owned estate in the Languedoc region of France, crafts unique wines from grapes grown within a meteorite crater. Their Le Cratère Sparkling Rosé, made from Syrah grapes fermented in the traditional method, is a testament to their innovative approach.
This sparkling rosé is a delicate and elegant wine with a pale pink hue. It offers redcurrant, strawberry, and white pepper aromas, with fine bubbles dancing on the palate. The wine is smooth and refreshing, with a balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
Le Cratère Sparkling Rosé is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with various dishes, such as seafood, charcuterie, or light salads.

What is Natural Wine?
What is Natural Wine?
Natural wines are made from grapes that are cultivated either organically or biodynamically. The main difference is the vinification process. Natural wines, during vinification, don't use any artificial chemicals—nothing is added and removed from the grapes, unlike organic and biodynamic which used chemicals in their winemaking process.
Natural wines are low-intervention and unprocessed wine.
The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend no more than 6 medium-sized glasses of wine (175ml each) per person per week, equivalent to 6 bottles per person per month. See NHS guidelines.
