Pinot Noir, Pittnauer, Austria, Burgenland
This natural wine boasts a deep ruby hue. On the nose, it entices with layers of ripe cherry and berry fruit, complemented by delicate hints of jasmine tea.
But beyond the initial allure, a touch of minerality emerges, adding depth and intrigue. The palate is lively with bright acidity and juicy fruit, balanced by savoury, mouthwatering tannins that leave a clean and refreshing finish.

What is Natural Wine?
What is Natural Wine?
Natural wines are made from grapes that are cultivated either organically or biodynamically. The main difference is the vinification process. Natural wines, during vinification, don't use any artificial chemicals—nothing is added and removed from the grapes, unlike organic and biodynamic which used chemicals in their winemaking process.
Natural wines are low-intervention and unprocessed wine.
The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend no more than 6 medium-sized glasses of wine (175ml each) per person per week, equivalent to 6 bottles per person per month. See NHS guidelines.
