Anita Pittnauer, based in Burgenland, Austria, took over her family's estate.

Driven by a passion for natural, expressive wines, she embraced biodynamic farming early on. 

Her focus is on low-intervention winemaking, using native yeasts and minimal sulfur to highlight the pure fruit and terroir.
 
This results in vibrant, unfiltered wines, often healthier due to the absence of synthetic chemicals and lower levels of additives. She's a key figure in Austria's natural wine movement.
